What's this living on this oak

I'm no fungi expert but I've just clocked this on a pretty large oak round the corner from my house

This oak is bleeding quite badly at various places up the trunk to maybe 20ft high...what's your take on this tree

Just had a little play with the fungi app and I'm well impressed
