did some work in a garden today that had a 100yr old Liriodendron chinense. it was a beauty, shame i didnt have a camera. only seen two by me, how common are they, have you worked on one?

 

i think this should have been posted in the other part of the forum, can someone move it?

im not sure if it was this one or a tulipefera now. the guy told me that it was from china but there are 2 varieties, one from america and one from asia. there difference is slight from what ive read, only size of leaves. its a nice looking tree. just read that they can get to 200ft tall.
