Cord formula

Evening All,

I've agreed to buy around 100 ton of hardwood cord from roadside just three miles from the yard its a mix of Ash, Sycamore and Cherry.

Because I'm going to haul it myself We've agreed to measure the stack so we'll know the m3, also agreed that we'll allow 50% air.

We've agreed a price per ton - my question is what weight should be allowed per m3?

I've always bought in cord on an artic so I know where I stand weight wise.

It's all been cut for around 8-9 months

Thanks in advance

Marlon
