Hey

I have some cut wood that I'm going to make into chopping boards and some disks for coasters.

I have a belt sander that I've been using to sand some bigger wood but how do I sand smaller pieces without them flying all over the shop?

Without a vice.

Tack nail a vee shape on a board and drop the workpiece in that, it needs to be slightly lower than the thickness of the workpiece and you need the belt to travel in the direction of the vee.
