Ill Elder

Spotted this very sick looking Elder whilst out with the dogs. All the other trees are healthy except this one. It does it every year without fail but still keeps coming back. There is a septic tank/digester just over the fence from a property about 30 metres away but i am not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any ideas?

hmm septic tank might explain the nettles?! just a bit parched? was another early summer long dry spell?

Its usually the dampest part of the trackside as the water runs down the hill to that side but it never gets waterlogged due to railway french drains still working.
