Radio ear defenders

This has probably been asked before, I'm looking for good quality radio ear defenders. Recommendations please, are there any dab ones available?

Sadly no dab ones on the market and the moment which is a shame with the ashes coming up.

 

I have had a set of peltors whih have lasted well over the years with good signal on fm.

Its a shame radio 5 isn't on fm will probaby look for a personal dab radio and fit headphones into ear defenders
