I am looking for a position as a Groundsman/ Brash Dragger/ Labourer around the Edinburgh area.

I am 26, physically fit and willing to graft. I have experience using saws whilst assisting to clear storm damaged trees in a small private woodland. I have extensive experience working outdoors in all weathers and find the hard work rewarding. I am comfortable around ropes and knots having working as a mountain guide for the past few years.

I have recently completed a Wood Chipper course at Barony college and aim to complete my CS 30/31 tickets in the coming year. I hold a full UK driving license and a current outdoor first aid certificate.

I am enthusiastic and although at the moment I realise I am pretty green in the industry, I am keen to develop my knowledge and skills in all areas of arboriculture. I am happy to work a short trial period for free to show that I can be a valuable member of your team.

Please PM me or drop me an email.

Cheers

Have you tried emailing and ringing all the company's in Edinburgh?I think central tree surgeons are always on the lookout,or try ringing frontier forestry.Very little chance of getting anything off here for Edinburgh.

Good luck anyway
