As the title suggests, in need of Elm butts.

Bigger the better, burrier the better. Smaller than a 26 tonne load no problem, I'll just send something smaller to pick them up. Might travel a little way too.

Nothing too dead or too small. Not really interested in sub 18 inch diameter stuff. I have no upper limit on size.

Please get in touch if you have anything!

Hi Brett,

Certainly very interesting. Did pick up 7 tonne today on a recommendation from an Arbtalker (thankyou!) but it was a mix of quality so I'll need some more. What sort of size is it? Can you take some photos please?

Ok; main stem is 0.9m DBH and fairly clean and straight up to fist fork at around 4m. There is a couple of good 3-4m straight sections above first fork which you may want if i can get them out in full length. tree is virtually, but not completely shut down by DED. I am in discussion with TO to take out another but much smaller at the same time so there might be a couple of sticks out of that also.

I tried to pm but cant add photos, if you are interested can you Email me on [email protected],

Cheers
