My TW 125 single roller machine seems to be lacking crushing power . Rollers work fine . Could it be as simple as changing the springs as I have never replaced them. The machine is a 2001 model . To be fair it never had great crushing power  just seems to be worse at the moment .

Hi Apbell

You are correct that the daignosis for your problem may be loss of spring tension over the years and changing them should improve the situation.

Also the slide plates holding the drive roller must be kept well greased to ensure free movement up and down.

Hope this helps:crazy:
