I just think rightly or wrongly there is going to be a massive vote for UKIP ON Thursday....

Actually I was thinking at the last local elections we only had one candidate on the ballot paper as nobody else stood, maybe even the councillors are apathetic

 

This situation is not uncommon at all. In some elections I have seen opposition canadates bail at the last minute, reasons vary from health, family obligations and still others will throw in the towel at the 11th hour, and quit or throw their support in favor of their opponent.

it may be your right to vote but what happens when the person/party you want to vote for are a usless bunch of morons no better than the others. I want to vote but why. Who ever gets in does what they want to do or should i say what the EU tells them what to do

 

From September 1st 1939 until the beginning of 1990 my ancestral land was under dictatorship rule. I witnessed first hand my cousins actually voting for candidates in the first free election in 50+ years. Now this story, although true may not mean much to some, for my family and their children it was a C change of epic per portions. Bottom line, there are always others from different lands and languages and cultures that have it worse than many others. Voting is a right and privilege, exercise both with great care.
