taken carb off again stripped it cleaned it and put it back together again

still not running right

think Im wasting my time hear

 

Bro with all due respect you are those saws really are........buy em when they break bin em buy another hence the diy stores sell em

 

 

Bide ya time and buy either a Husky or a Stihl (I didn't really say that lol) or a Jonsered they will serve ya better and if they break they for the most part fixable

Ok. So the simple stuff is covered. No your onto the difficult stuff that is best done with testing equipment and money spent.

 

So question over your location? Second the saw isn't worth much so money spent fixing will be better put towards another saw. For ground work you will never beat the ms260 now the 261. A good used one will last you easily enough.

 

If worrying over the cost of a saw then think how many jobs before a reliable saw will earn you... Even logging your own timber!

Totally agree with ya there .....well almost lol being a Husky guy I can't lol

 

 

Seriously tho the 260 is a good saw as is the husky 254 and they will serve ya better and give ya better results and less grief

Ok so I have to agree with you now about the husky (urgh my guts churn at typing that word :lol:)

 

The 260 or the 254 are perfect for what you want and the money spent will be worth it knowing the saw will run when you want it to.:thumbup:
