Recently done both mine too and all I can say is take your time! there's no great rush so be methodical and take time to think and remember what you've been tought, there a breeze . Keep confident and best of luck fella

read the schedule, read it again, and then again. Take your time, relax, and don't get flustered if your rope doesn't hit the target straight away when you're accessing the crown.
