Ace, thanks for posting that.

I've never been to a gym, idea makes me want to puke, but now I'm settling well into my 30's and have done an office job for 10 years I'm getting squishy and feeble and seriously need to get my self back in order before it's too late.

For the last couple of months I've been doing push ups, sit ups, pull ups [on the shower screen head channel!] and basic suspension to try to start looking & feeling less like a soft little ponce so a few of these [easier ones] will fit in nicely. When the sun comes out I can start doing circuits in the garden again. Still a bit cold and wet for me just now!

Need to go retrieve my pull bar from the attic at my parents and put it up in my shed! It's been a long time!
