wood burning cooker

fed up with the price of LPG and being held to ransome by the supplier.

looking for a cooker that burns wood. not a raburn,aga,esse to heavy as have suspended floors and a arm and a leg. ideal two ovens with the normal hotplates on top.for what it costs in lpg in a year its got to be cheaper as logs are free

Mine is a Brosely Suprema.

Discontinued model that does all hot water and heating too.

I don't have an electric cooker any more. :)

 

They have gone up a lot in recent years, possibly due to the steel prices going up.

Good cookers but you can't shut mine right down to keep it in over night. Might be its size and the fact I use Leylandii rather than hardwood.

I wouldn't go back unless I won the lotto or summat.
