got a hakki and a japa.

looked at a dalen but thought they were pricey

hakki, japa and palax are all owned by the the same holding company

i dont think there is a "best" machine out there. it is all about what you want and can afford.

they all go wrong and who can get the parts to you the quickest.

mine are next day with both machines and free consultation on telephone to diagnose probs and ensure right part sent out and how to fit if needed.

enough said i think.

talk to a current owner first and check locations to supplier on feed back too

i am in cardiff and fuelwood are in warwick and m.large in belfast both next day.... guarenteed before 3pm ish (calling them) on all occasions

very good point they do go wrong like anything wot makes it worse is mines gone wrong at the wrong time of year and im just getting in a flap about it .just been told my gearbox will be with me on weds so not to long as at the start of the week they were quoteing 1 Month.

Might be worth just staying with it at the mo

Thanks for the input guys.
