Static lines

Hi guys n girls im looking to get a static line for srt with the rope wrench been looking at the Teufelberger Platinum or Patron any idea advise or feed back ?

ive found the patron access line to be very bouncy and will be changing this year

From looking at the RW thread Yale kermaster seems to be the rope of choice? And its cheaper than platinum

Platinum is too thin tree access is too bouncy i would go with, kernmaster or poison ivy,

I have Edelrid Superstatic, not bouncy, nice with OP, not so nice with Beeline.

Snakeanchor should be here today which will give a little bit of damping for drops... [i like to base anchor]

I like cougar blue, a splicable and while not static in the sense of kernmantle based strength construction is actually Static with a capital S.

Snakeanchor is nylon double braid.... which I believe has better shock absorbing properties than my kermantle static....? I'm not expecting it to be like a bungee but it's got to make some difference!

the snake anchor is stitched in intervels that you clip into, when you have an extreme fall the stitching starts popping till it stops you like a tearaway lanyard like in a fall arrest work, cougar blue is the best allround climbing line IMHO.

I like ART products. I wish they would come out with a single line climbing device. Shock absorbancy and slack swallowing are the most important design aspects and ART has it in spades.
