Just bought an ex local authority fr350 backpack brush cutter to supplement my fs400 on the steeper banks. I can't seem to find out much about them on tinterweb so wondered if anyone had any experience of this model and any hints or tips eg what maintenance needed, will my blades from the fs400 fit? Etc etc... Cheers

have used a efco one for a bit loop handle and kills my arm. the shafts are weaker as they are flexible. top tip as i have bust one shaft is to back off the trottle to disengae the clutch when using the blade in thick stuff if that makes sense

Thanks, sounds like wise words. I had heard some people rig up a bungee to take the weight of the handle
