Looking for work - Worcestershire/Mids - CS30/31

I was made redundant last year after 10 years with the same employer, most recently as a Senior Manager for a Social Housing Association. I spent the summer and autumn doing garden maintenance and landscaping for friends and family to stretch the redundancy out, as well as some paddlesports coaching. I am also part of the Service Team at the local Scout campsite and have experience of various maintenance and projects in and around the 100 acre woodland site.

I received some funding through the Job Centre (after 9 months of waiting!) and have just completed CS30 & 31. I would also be keen to complete further training courses. Before going into social housing I worked in Tool and Plant hire centres so have good knowledge of a wide range of tools and equipment. I have experience in managing teams of up to 30 people, completing tenders for local authority contracts, buildings and facilities management, recruitment, budget setting and monitoring, meeting contract requirements, quality assurance, etc. However I'm not looking for a desk job, I want to be in the outdoors, doing something productive and would welcome the chance of variety.

I am looking for work in the horticulture/arboriculture/agriculture/conservation fields. I know that I have little experience in the area, but I'm keen, capable and trustworthy - I could also be more of an asset than just a body on the ground, but I'm willing to start anywhere and do anything - I would just really like to get back to work.

I also have First Aid at Work cert and pre '97 licence so can drive C1+E, I'm experienced at towing too, having learned to tow with mini diggers and plant trailers!

Any help or advice much appreciated.
