I havent used my 066 for a couple of years and want to use it tomorrow for milling up some oak. I think I probably didnt run it dry and the residual petrol has possibly evaporated. What is the best way to start it up again without wrecking it? Should I just put in new petrol and fire it up or is there a better way to do it. I have a heavy duty filter and I have stripped it down and washed relevant parts. Any help will be appreciated.

Well I filled it up and it started after about 6 pulls. Let it idle for 5 mins and then set up the alskan mill. I now have 4 panks of 3" @ 5' oak in the workshop and will get more tomorrow. I dont know what each plank weighs but I am sure that they must be the heaviest planks that I have milled. Great to have the smell of freshly cut oak in the air again.
