MS310 max bar length/mods?

I've got a MS310 stihl and was wondering what the max bar length I can get away with is? And if I put a larger bar on is there and mods to help with the extra bar length? Or is it a case of getting a larger powered saw

20" bar with .325" chain is about max. Even then it won't be particularly lively. Open up the muffler and retune for a bot more power, it's a cheap way to get a bit more out of the saw, as it is pretty choked down from the factory.

Put twin dawgs on it, it will help make the saw look cooler! I did it to my ms390.

Bang a ported pot n piston from a 390 on it, open up the muffler
