We do billets when timber allows, we don't bundle but stack in rows, and cover

 

Use saw bench and conveyor , 99% of time logs are cut at 250mm

 

I'm considering buying bundler

for a gauge on volume, it saves expense of buying bags at £7 each and machinery to lift on and lift off

 

Firewood for us is a side line out of Arb waste, I don't think there is one perfect solution

Waste of time for me, I don't see the point of splitting and bundling I'm lengths like that when all my customers buy 9" logs.

Pmh do you spit when orders come in or bags or big pile and load them on to van

I split into drying sheds nowadays and then just chuck onto landy. I used to process straight onto van but it was only any good in the dry.

Don't have the luxury of processor, Yet ! Certainly would if I bought in artic loads, but until then billet and saw bench conveyor into 130
