Locking Brumel Splice

OK so I have been looking into these for a while, surfing the net looking for a video or instructions on how one would be done on such rope as bee line or armour prus. yes I have seen many of how to splice which line but I get the feeling its not the same.....a video describing how it is done including measurements would be amazing

 

 

It cant be that hard to pick up the camera for 20 minutes and make a vid...

even though AP is a class 2 rope and brummels break at about 24kN on it, its not advised to do as the core has very low heat resistance, so a running rope that touchs it will melt it damned quick.This is a great instance where a class 1 used in a hitch situation is far superior.If you still want the measurements for the beeline though man ive got 'em if you want 'em.

yea drew I would still like them, and a bit of a description( maybe a video...I find watching some one helps more than instructions), I was looking at them for a rope guide or strops. And I will take in what you are saying about the brummel splice eyes, as I was not aware of that....

 

And well I posted about the spiderjack and look how fast that went to an SRT debate haha

the exposed eyes is esp important if there put into the inside of a pinto pulley say
