Kwik chip rollers

I asked a question about my feed rollers the other month and since then I've changed of hydraulic filter and oil. Also have checked belt tension.

Ive got a Kwik chip 160. The problem is after 7-10 mins flat out chipping the rollers will stop then start then stop, doesn't matter if there is nothing going in at all either. The other thing that some times happens is while they are stopped with say a branch in it you can't reverse or do anything. Occasionally while the top roller is stopped the bottom one will creep.

 

Think its now down to a new pump if no one has any surjestions?

Does any one know a good place to get a new pump from?

Check sensor on fly wheel, had the same problem few months back, replaced sensor now sorted, wasn't big bucks either.

Look I don't have a machine like this I have a TW, but check the relays before you splash out, then take it to an agricultural engineer, chippers are easy-peasy for those guys compared to the complexity of the stuff they deal with.

How do you go about checking the sensor, where abouts do you test it?

ill try get my agricultural engineer friend to take a look once the harvest is out the way. In the mean time ill keep trying with any ideas
