That looks very much like a timber dragon to me - used to be brought over by Atkinson Vos.

 

Whilst it has brakes, does it have suspension? Also be interesting to see what the nose weight is when empty

I didn't read the Ad, just went off the pic (am feeling lazy - been to warm here today)

 

I'm 99% sure they are PRC, but they don't actually look too bad in the flesh for the money.

 

I've heard that the hydraulic components can be a bit fragile but there's no reason they can't be uprgraded as need be.

 

They aren't right big though.
