10mm access line

I am looking into getting a low stretch (and not too bloody expensive) access line. What are your recommendations for 10mm lines. In an ideal world I would go with 10mmAP but the price is rather prohibitive.

lots about, you can buy mammut 10.5mm very cheap.

Brett has some 10mm Snakebite he uses for mountain ash climbs, I was pretty impressed with it. You can pick up the military type abseil rope pretty cheap(ish) but im not sure what its like for stretch when base anchored on a big tree. Too many choices!!
