Oxdale pto log splitter problems

Hi anybody else having problems with the oxdale pto log splitter we have had it for 3 months now and still plays up breaks chains that hold pto in place and various other bits and bobs when it's working is fantastic splitter was told by oxdale to turn relive valve down but is still not working properly just feel a bit robbed as these machines ain't cheap at £1020 and so far as only split a builders bag of wood and damaged the back of my tractor all replys would be grateful many thanks

Pto chains are rubbish whether you spend £20 or £2000 on an implement. Yet HSE like to see them in place. I suppose they are designed to give.
