Big old brute with a full healthy crown with the odd bit of deadwood and lots of body language at the base. Plenty of years left in the old girl yet. Does it have an active Badger sett around it?

I think badgers tend to be more sensitive to trees than most developers!

Lets face it, if you are building your suite of apartments under a huge oak then you are not likely to want it falling on you.

But I will check back soon to make sure their protective fencing is up to scratch!

If the pictured Oak is anything to go by it must be quite an interesting survey. Anywhere we know?
