Word of caution for 201 owners

I picked up my 201t the other day from my dealer (after some warrantee work) and he warned me that when I needed to change the sprocket I must use the special piston stop tool

Apparently the top of piston is very weak and using starter cord or grinding down the old 200 tool to fit in the smaller plug hole will result in damage to the piston.

The tool also need to be used correctly, so that it goes on the outer edge off the piston and not the centre.

Just out of interest was the warrantee work anything to do with the re-tuning?

IMO the one I've been using is rubbish but I'd be prepared to accept that now it's run in a re-tune could make the difference.

No, mine has run very well from new.

It was the rear AV mount, it broke away from the filter housing, it no were near beefy enough
