I'll have a read through the book soon. Don't suppose you have any vids of comps? Would be interesting to see how fast the top guy's and girls are.

 

Deb, except for the 2 speed events, speedclimb and footlock, speed actually plays a small part in the rest of the comp.

Good to know, think it will be awhile before I'm that fast!!
