Towable Log Splitters??

Hi arbtalkers,

Hoping to pick your brains. Im looking to purchase a log splitter to process firewood for sale and my own personal consumption.

Have been looking at a few options I like the look of called the supa splitter and the splitfire. From the names you can probably tell they are from the US/Canada.

The supa splitter is a belt driven splitter which splits ringed wood faster using a belt driven system that splits wood in 2, and the splitfire is a hydraulic system which splits in both directions using either a 2 or 4 way splitter. Links below show the supa splitter first and splitfire second for those who have not seen either.

Out of the towable log splitters that I have seen these are the most innovative designs that I have come across in a 2/3k price range . I am swaying towards the split fire because of its 4 way splitting option and I feel that it is probably safer if I decide to higher the machine out.

Does anyone have any options that might compete from the UK? As I would save a fortune on shipping and taxes.

Thanks in advance.
