use the end of chainsaw file as a marlin spike. you can grab the basics from most sailing

shops. Palm needle pusher, whipping twine, needles. Also set yourself up with some pliers, scissors and a lighter. That should get you started on you splicing kit. It all depends how serious you want to get, but check out Arbshops online for the spicing gear.

Hey Russ,

That would be cool bro-pretty sure we could get a heap of others to join in for it-Onelab, BenR, and Ewan to name a few. Im going to be in Canberra next week for 2 weeks contracting and then possible toowoomba after that for a month-when is the queensland camp?
