You will need to know all the safety feature on a saw for the CS 30. On the 31,take your time over the cuts,always double check your aim on the face cut and when you do the felling cuts always make sure you have a good stance before you start where you can see the front and back of the tree. you will also have you know the 6? DO NOTS when dealing with a hung up tree.

use gloves when working with/handling anything sharp - even when saw sharpening-up in the workshop. On the practicals, keep the safety helmet mesh visor down at all times when you are using the saw.

 

and don't go to the pub in the evenings during the course - stay in and do the homework! Leave the pub for the celebrations after you pass the course. :thumbup1:
