Hi mate yes it should it should be fine on a 20" I have got a 20" for it I just haven't used it yet if you are getting a new one stihl say that the saw will take between 8 and 15 tanks of fuel before it's running on it's optimum power but I think it pulls like a train straight out of the box so can't wait to c what optimum power is like [ATTACH]122202[/ATTACH] and also the saw is really well balanced with the 18" bar ru local to Gloucester if you r you are welcome to have a go with mine before you buy one

For all you guys asking about the ms 150 I have a mate who works for ermin plant hire and they can get them now and they are good on there prices to might be worth a look if you are desperate for one soon
