Items and property can be replaced, lives not so much, yet your point is taken

and as the expression go's some folks can take it with them, and stupidly do:thumbdown: in some communities when folks are determined to ride out the storm all the authorities can do is have them folks sign a information sheet

for next of kin to ID the remains, if any are found. Some exercise common sence, still others end up at room temperature later on. Sad but true.
