Jensen A530 pto problem

I would go with the comments above, the belts seem very cheap so may not be up to the job, also are the pulleys in line? The truck will be fairly over powered for that chipper so the no stress, if fitted will not be cutting in very often and the belts may not be upto that amount of power going through them with no protection, all just thoughts and would be keen to know the hp at the shaft on the truck and to see some pics.

Chipper is in good nick it came from your company which I bought from another guy here but I reckon there's not 60 - 80 hours up on it it's about 5 years old, so don't think pulleys are out of line. It has not got a no stress on it which I'm definitely going to get as I'm judging with the bar which is slowing things up slightly, how much would no stress set me back?
