Help need some advice clearance job with brambles

And hedgehogs too. I cleared an overgrown garden covered in brambles with a metal disc strimmer. Its only when I'd removed most of this did I find the hedgehogs nesting underneath. Left them in peace after that...not pieces!

I do quite a bit of bramble clearence, brush knife on the brush cutter fs450, you should clear an area that size in a long day, half a day to rake off the material and then back in 3 weeks time to treat the regrowth with something like Grazon90 or something containing 2-4d. but as was already mentioned its really a winter job given the bird nesting season is in full swing. good luck:thumbup1:

Wow thanks for the responses some good info there yeah will be watching for any little hogs in amongst it all and any birds nests im assuming its just a lawn gone crazy but both gardens either side are immaculate and this section is completley fenced off with padlocked gate so there could be anything under there really :confused1:

anyway think I will head in with long reach hedge cutters first been told there is two lads who can help out who are friends of the new tenant but its the sort of job I can come and go as I please because its a freind of a friend but thanks for the offer of help logron think I will get these young lads doing some proper work as once im done there they will probabley be the ones to help the girl out lol cheers for the advice all :thumbup1:
