Kindling Suppliers

Who on here actually supplies kindling to the likes of CPL and Fuel Express etc?

I'm exploring my options of expansion and would like some feedback from any of you who may have or do supply these types of distributors.

the company i know said they had to sit on about 100.000 plus nets all summer it was a big investment for little return

It could be I cant add up let alone work a balance sheet syndrome. You know when log man A rings round in October to see what others are charging not because he is clever but cant add up. Unfortunately he rings log man B who also cant add up so they sell their logs for £10 a load less than they pay for the cordwood.

 

I would imagine alot of kindling gets made at minimum wage and some by illegal immigrants out in the sticks.
