Advice on Hitch climber setup.

Hi all, i have been chopping and changing my climbing setup just to try and find one that makes ascending and moving around the crown as easy as possible. Thought id go back and try my hitchclimber again. Just wondering what setups people have come up with and most importantly whats the easiest way to ascend using the hitchclimber. Photos are always welcome.
