I have a job sheet John that doubles up as a ssra/quote sheet etc, print them off myself and have then in an A4 organiser i take with me, after a week i move them into a folder that stops in the office for referance, if they ring back i book the job into the diary.

IC Trees, I volunteer for the AAs Arborist Working Group and am intending on raising this as a potential topic for the AA to produce, to enable simple downloading from the help for arborists section on their website.

 

I have my own system but am looking at gathering as many methodologies as possible to try and produce something that is adaptable and implementable for the 'majority' of company owners.

This invitation goes out to all persons willing to offer their hard thought out systems. Hopefully, creating a suitable and valuable system/sheet for our peers to benefit from, will assist and prevent fellow arbs from finding themselves in awkward 'you said this and that' situations.
