Im starting to enjoy the projects even in the early stages when its tempting to throw them back on the wood pile and hope nobody see's.

Managed to purchase a few sets of English carving chisels and a Tormek grinder so hopefully a few steps in the right direction.

The next project is going to be a Bull dog unless work picks up

I did use an angle grinder with a sanding disc and a few chisels for details like the eyes.

I was thinking it looked more like the Alpha male of a baboon troop, I don't mean that in a disrespectful way either, it just has that look! Wel to me anyway.
