Really enjoyed the video. I would love to research logging with horses further just for fun. Can you point me in the right direction and the correct terms so researching will be easier if its not to much bother.

Arran, just do a google and you tube search for horse logging and/or logging with horses, should give you a good start. Far more extensive in North America and Europe than over here.
