088 would not run the other day and no spark, so check the coil and that was fine.

 

Read that it's a chance on flywheel so after some thought and contact with customer decided that flywheel was best option.

 

Low and behold new one on and away she went. Must be the .1% person to get it so everyone is safe for another year. Lol

 

Thanks to honey brothers for giving me a discount on the flywheel, customer had a heart attack when I told him the price of a new one. Lol

If I tried that I bet I would have an expensive flywheel in stock that I would never sell.

Yeah it was more luck I think, the coil is always the first place I go as they are easy to test, the kill switch is the next stop, be it a switch or contact on the trigger.

 

This one was a bit far to go for a problem but after feeling the flywheel magnets with a screw driver compared to other flywheels it felt week, told it was a 99.9% chance it was something else.
