hub reduction oils

I am a tad confused what oil to put in my Unimog hubs I was told Ep 80 90s. But if I use synthetic do I use Ep 80 - 85 or Ep 85 - 90 etc... I believe they take 250ml each is this correct. Also what Synthetic engine oil to people use.

EP90 hypoid (GL5) or EP85w/90 Hypoid (GL5) both to MB235.1 spec

 

the engine dont need "Synthetic" engine oil, you want a good oil that is MB228.0 or 228.1 or 228.3 or MB228.5, dont use MB228.31 or 228.51 or MB229.# (car oil spec)

 

MB227.# & MB228.# are truck oils, MB229.# are car oils

 

dont put GL5 EP gear oils in the gearbox or PTO box

Can anyone recommend a good EP90 (for forwarder bogies) ?

 

Can get Texcao, Castrol etc. Local place does MF but probably crap?!
