small harvesting head any good?

Been thinking about buying a small harvesting head to fit on my digger, has anyone got one? are they any good, we only cut larch up to 10 inches and our woods are really flat, seen one on youtube mounted on a timber crane on a tractor anyone done this? would you go for the harvesting head or a stroke delimber?:confused1:

Depends on what make u go for and what you mount it on roller harvesting heads are all about hydraulic flow and power but on smaller timber not so crucial stroke heads are slow but don't need the flow if you are harvesting for yourself the will be much better than manual I have had several harvesters stroke heads will struggle if you are harvesting on competitive rates I have ponsse h73 and love it will still do small stuff contact me if you need any more info
