I have been offered a Mill Rite sawmill which comes with Dolmar PS-9000 saw. The mill is has 20' of track which go together in 5' increments. The bar on the mill is 32". I am not able to find any Mill Rite info online. I do not have much knowledge on chainsaw mills and am wondering what something like this is valued at? Is this saw plenty powerful enough to cut about anything and does this saw have any major issues?

How long can be expected from a chainsaw on a mill? I would think ripping would be harder on saw than crosscut. Is there any down falls to a chainsaw mill other than loosing a 1/4" each cut?
