Stihl 261 Exhaust Bolts

I bought a stihl 261 chainsaw and i noticed that it looks quite damp around the area where the mufler bolts onto the cylinder it looks like the bolts need to be tightened up but i cannot see how to get at them. I thought i had a workshop manual for it but i cannot seem to find it. It has not done a lot of work as it has only had about 4 or 5 tanks of fuel through it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Matt
