maybe wrong but it ticks all the boxes.......is growing on the base/roots of a very mature oak,yellow/orange in colour,oozing brown liquid. wot do u guys reckon wanna be sure before i report to the t/o

I would say so .....it decays the undersides of stem roots, a soft white rot leading to ductile fracture....the color indicates the fruit body is young......What targets are there etc...?

theres lots........most of the main limbs are over a front garden and another neighbours drive way.then thrown into the mix are two pathways that the verge is next to. the tree would probaly take out a phone line aswell if it came down.......no end of problems with this tree,will get a photo nxt time im in the area
