They come apart and fit on easy no problems at all.

I have got one on a flipline and it is defiantly the best thing.

I did used to have a treeworker flipline that was a bit thin and did slip but on the Yale and other nice soft ones they are very good

Most of the guys on the team either have one or want one:thumbup:

You will not regret it.

I replaced the connector with a dmm Quickdraw like this Petzl Express Quickdraw Sling 11cm & 17cm - Rock + Run Mine has the rubber insert (not sure if that one has) and is really nice and flexible and obviously gives it the cut away link.

Hey guys,

I've just got myself a Positioner 2 for Christmas!

What make of wire cores do you use? What diameter is best?

- I'm currently using an 18 month old Yale Hi Vis Wirecore with a Wild Country Ropeman & a quickdraw but it's getting tatty as I climb with it all the time and the ropeman tends to chew 'em up...

 

(The Yale Platinum looks nice)
