Have they got rid of the cabstar then ? i did notice the jcb fastrac and timber crane has gone !!

 

Ah wrong bit of ipplepen, I think the guys you're thinking of still have the cab star yes. The fastrac etc has gone though, too much money sat in the yard.

shame, thinking about it the mog might have been just right, but not high enough, I feel there is a shortage of powered access down in these parts. stuggling to find any tracked ones over 14m meters anywhere.

Saw a fastrac and timber crane setup the other day on the moor, might be the same one. i think its owned by a local chap who does biomass

just a thought but have you tried SHB hire in exeter (marsh barton ) ??? i know they have a 15 meter lift on a londrover 130 that they hire out . failing that then Rowland fursden May well hire out his cabstar hoist .

How are things doing on the other side of ipplepen ? . yeah it was a shame the fastrac had to go but i guess they no longer had the work for it !!! .
