I'm in Surrey so no, but you're on the right track. If you go to college and do a one or two year course you'll graduate with a raft of qualies and no experience to back it up and noone will employ you. I probably wouldn't.

I've just taken on an apprentice who's doing 4days work, 1 day at college.

In two years he'll have the qualies he needs and loads of real experience plus he'll be commercially viable so he'll automatically have a job.

Of course it's up to the individual to make the best of themselves and use the opportunity to their advantage.

Good luck.
